Ok,

Pros:
- Nice interface.
- Good use of Directories for separation of clients/departments
- Smooth install

Cons:
- A bit cumbersome at first setup
- Created new department and client etc./w no successful update in GUI
- Would like to see more intuitive "ADD" option eg.
            - Textbox fill-in creation of new directory
            - Possible use of INI file for saved values

All in all SblocK is a good utility, I think you could really expand on it.
