Takeoff to Excel

PHX cadie:
my 1st time with Pay Items / Takeoffs, so far good, but Im asked to report quantities in Excel and all the versions of *.xsl treat each line items as a single line of text

How can I get data into Excel in columns? (without too much effort   :-) )

Pay Item           Decrip        Qty       Unit.....
