Topic: acad trial version

I'm trying to get familiar with using VSCode for lisp development.  If I download the trial version of Acad can I use vscode after the trial period has expired?

Vs Code is free and is a separate product, you won’t be able to run your lisp after the autocad trial ends.
You can do this in ZwCad and GStarCad though, you just can’t save the drawings files after the trial.
these both support debugging with Vs Code

Bricscad has Blade very much like Acad VLIDE. So can write and test.
