has anyone thou to create descriptions for custom grips

i'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on how i might be able to put descriptions for a dynamic blocks custom grips so when i hover over it or select it it would tell me what the grip is for similar to toolbar icons. i have a block with many and keep getting confused which ones perform what action
