3D Viewports not being passed in ViewportDraw

I am writing an overrule that displays entites per viewport, but in the ViewportDraw calls the 3D viewports are not being passed. So the command is working when the Visual style is set to 2d Wireframe but it isnt working with anything else. Do you guys know why?
