I started adding an abbreviated author name (example "Routine Name_S.Johnson.lsp") to the file name since some lisps share a name some time ago. I also add a header to the file that contains fuller identifying information, date, breadcrumbs to the source, and a brief description if not present. It makes it easier to go back to look for updates and fixes.

Sincerely,
Shannon
