Cant see DOSLIB help file

I click on DOSLIB.chm and the main folders and function names appear but the rest of the internal text under the folders does not. I checked properties on the file and all my permissions are there. What gives?

This worked for me. I did 'unblock' the zip before I unpacked it.
I assumed this was the latest ??

CHM's are old tech and current Windows OS block them if they are on a network location. They only work if they are on C:\ drive.
