Topic: Can ARX 's program which is compiled by ObjectARX 2020 run well on Autocad 2021

Hello everyone, I have a question .

Now i'm developing ARX program by ObjectARX 2020 for myself. It runs well on Autocad 2020 .

My customer want to use it in Autocad2021 .

So do i need to make some translation or just send them a ARX 's program that compiled by ObjectARX 2020 ?

I don’t remember if there’s a compiler change between those versions. If you’re using visual studio 2017 now, you’ll need to re compile.

I got it . It seem that program which was compiled by ObjectARX 2020 need to be precompiled by ObjectARX2021 before using

cool, ObjectARX2021 seems to work with 2021-2023,
my guess is that 2024 will need visual studio 2022 build tools, just a guess though, hoping I can use C++20
