Attribute value change

How can I extract the value of an attribute contained in my title sheet?

I want to be able to change it from it's current value to A.

I have some 3000 ish drawing all requiring changing, but they aren't all the same revision, so I would like to be able to do this via automation.

There's a lisp sub-routine by our own Mr. Madsen called changeatt.lsp.  maybe you can combine it with a batch routine.
