Convert plates blocks to multiple single bpoly (reactor) cut crossing by poly. The blocks overlapping to itself but bpoly must be single for calculation of waste areas.  Thanks for all help me. excuse for my English.

Do you need a program necessarily?
the command "_bpoly" will will make it very easy

automatic multiple bpoly (attention rectangle overlapping bpoly not good).

The blocks overlap I have to get individual areas including overlapping and bpoly me divide (bpoly multiple but on every single block which is divided into two areas by the red polyline.

Sorry, I can't further guide you... I think that you should only calculate waste, so exploding your blocks twice to lines is my opinion, but result is different than in your posted DWG...

I THINK IS POSSIBLE TO TRANSFORM BLOCKS WITH RECTANGLE POLYLINES.

Maybe here  REGION  is the answer.

You can make the left side as a region and also change all pline rectangles into region.

The nbenefit   INTERSECT   commaand to create the common area which seems to be what you need.
