BreakAll LISP Microsurvey

So i've tied to use the BreakObjects23.lsp on microsurvey but it just says "none to be broken"
Anyone else have this issue and how do you fix it?

The very obvious not everyone has that program nor do they want to spend time looking for it.

So in future post the code if you want people to look at your problem.

I've attached the lisp that I found on swamp, as I said it didn't quite work. Microsurvey is powered by IntelliCAD, which is similar to AutoCAD.
