Topic: Need help with this dynamic block

I've created a dynamic block for crosswalk striping, but I need some help with it.  I have attached it herewith.
I've labeled the problems, but if more information is needed please let me know.

If you rotate it with standard ROTATE command instead of action parameter it works as desired... Personally I avoid to combine actions, so maybe your solution is just to remove rotation action and leave stretching in one + arrays in other direction...
