EXPORTLAYOUT problem in Dimensions & Texts

When I use EXPORTLAYOUT command, my Dimensions and Texts in the generated drawing go haywire.
I even tried making all dimensions, texts, dimension styles and text styles annotative but same problem persists.
Kindly help.
