export data from attribiute text to csv with lisp

Hi i have a drawing and i want to extract from a specific block to a csv. The block name is csblock and the tags of the atribiute is cs_name , chainage,CUT.,FILL  The cs_name must D1,D2,D3.......  and i want to be in a correct order in a csv file. Can any one have a lisp to do this?

You can see a sample from the attribiute block in the dwg file
