Writing Lisp for Autocad

Hi,
Just wanting to know if theres anyone out there that could write me a lisp for autocad - looking to extract attributes from carlson blocks into word format (see attached) automatically - will be able to explain more if anyone is interested

You upload DWG file and DOC, Both inside  the Archive.zip on fileshare.ro
or other file..
You write link-add-here for downloading..(The *.DOC mustBe OutPut.Doc)
I hope,I understand the Input=DWG , the output=DOC

Just upload dwg and doc any way you can.
