Topic: re-insert selected blocks 2020 (and any object)

I have a 2016 problem.
I problems with my (dynamic, regular and nested) blocks, because of bugs and AutoCAD family already was deprecated, then the unique solution is a re-insert all selected blocks.

... the post was marked as solved but was not solved, so here I opened in 2020 maybe can be solved.

 

PD: I did not find anything related to the entire internet.
PD: I need
