How to find angle between line and arc or any two adjacent objects?

I have arc type object and line type object. I want to find angle between them. MESUREGEOM or DIMANGULAR are not helping. Real thing is I want to find angle of the arc object with respect to Y axis. So I drew a 90 degree line adjacent to it.
