Help me to convert Autocad lisp for ProgeCad

I'm using ProgeCad as my company bought it as it is cheap. But a lisp which worked fine in Autocad wont work in ProgeCad. Progecad has basis of InetlliCad.
ProgeCad doesnt support any Visual LISP functions (vl-, vla- or vlax-),

Please help me to make this lisp compatible for ProgeCad its very important fo me and I'm not a lisp developer.
This is the pldiet lisp by Kent Cooper,which worked fine in Autocad but creates problem in ProgeCad.

It looks like your lucky Vl-remove is 4 times so need to look at these lines and replace with a plain lisp function.

There may be otherproblems  I know did some lisp in Intellicad and it was very subtle changes.
