How do you get spam out of that? It's must another CAD package. We need more competition.

I get that it's just another cad package.....

however the post is very spam-like and contains no useful information, i.e. content free....

if not spam; clickbait...

whatever, I didnt 'report' it, it's just 'spamy'

...sorry, that's my take on it

My Take.
The link is in it's own thread .. not polluting another discussion.
It serves a legitimate purpose.
The link warns about it's purpose and destination.
It appears to be non-threatening.
Is easy to ignore.

In fact, it's no more intrusive than a link posted in a signature space.

added:
At least it doesn't lead to videos of underage children.

This flavour of sarcasm eludes me. Cue the "not sure if srs" memes. O.o

The type of link mentioned has been seen here previously ( recently ) Most of it has been removed before our members are aware of it.
I'm thankful this isn't that.

Yeah... there's a link in another thread from a few years back.

It would have been nice to have a description of the software, capabilities, benefits (2D, 3D, BIM etc) rather than a terse one line with a link to their site, especially with many peole not clicking links while at work.
Thanks for explaining the word "many" to me, it means a lot.
