Print an Excel Spreadsheet with White Background
« on: October 24, 2018, 07:24:57 AM »
Hi guys

I'm trouble to plot excel table from auto cad.

In the model space it is plotting fine, background white and the text is black.👍

But when I'm plotting at the paper space, using viewport the background is black.

I don't know what to do to fix it.

Anybody could help me, please?

Thanks
Fabrício

Uncheck "Plot Transparency" in the Plot Options of the plot dialog window.

Hi my old friend Ron,

The OLE plot quality is already monochrome.

The layout model seems to be ok!

I don't know what's wrong.

Thanks

Have you tried to plot a pdf?

Are there a white fill in the excel sheet?  Or are the cells set to "No Color" fill.

and, set the OLE object to High Quality.

Hi Willie
How are you?

I've already tried to plot to a pdf with the same ctb file, and worked Fine.

The excel sheet is set to " No Color" fill. And I've tried to change to plot quality to "High graphics".

I've inserted the excel sheet several times.

I don't know what to do.  :crazy2:

Guys

I had to inserted the excel sheet over to layout model, not using viewport.
And worked Fine!

If anyone has a better solution to plot using viewport, it will be very wellcome.
Because I don't like using excel sheet from layout model. I would rather to model space.  :-D

Thanks

have you tried actually importing the table through a link, instead of as an OLE object?

Hello mjfarrell

I don't like import as auto cad table, I would rather excel sheet.

I've always pasted especial with a link, it always worked fine for me.
I don't understand what it is worng now.

Thanks
