View range on multiple levels per floor.
« on: August 01, 2018, 04:52:17 AM »
I'm looking for some advice as to how to show our MEP objects for a whole floor when the levels are uneven.
When we have normal buildings we would use view range to limit the depth of view in the plan, but recently we seem to be getting more jobs where we have 2 or more levels for each floor and the height of the ceiling is higher than the slab level of the floor above. If its a large site we could use scope boxes to divide the areas, but some sites are small footprints so we want to show the whole of the upper and lower ground or first floor on one plan.  Any ideas on how to achieve this please?  Sorry if my explanation isn't very clear, hopefully the elevation diagram will help. I need to only show any services that relate to first floor on the first floor, not showing on the level above or below.  I do hope I am not missing something obvious!
Thanks in advance
