Chained Rotation Parameters
« on: May 02, 2018, 01:34:11 PM »
Been a while since doing this, and I'm a bit stumped.

I have a north arrow block where I want the line and the letter 'N' to be able to be rotates via a grip, but I want the letter 'N' to always remain upright.

I've created two chained rotation parameters, which works, but if the block is rotated clockwise, the letter also rotates clockwise, and it should go the other way.

I can't figure out how to get that to work.

Eh, CAD version is too new for me to open, but thank you anyway.

I actually figured it out.  Instead of doing a linked rotate parameter on the 'N', I changed it to a point/move parameter linked to the overall rotate action.

Works a treat.

That's basically what I did, glad you sorted it out  8-)
