anyone run into the issue where curb, etc don't stay attached to a super elevated edge of pavement?  They seem to maintain the same relationship to the centerline regardless of the super elevation

Are you referring to their slope, or their elevation?

One might need to see you assembly to better tell whats going on.

The elevation.  The edge of pavement / super elevation pavement did what it was supposed to, but the attached curb didn't. Just changed the curb to a pavement section and worked fine. Going to have to figure it out someday though.

some of the curb assemblies work well with super elevation, some have a tick box one must check, and others one must use the USE function of the assembly properties to tell it to get its elevation from the assembly it is attached to.....
