(empty) MNR and Cuix - usage?
« on: January 29, 2018, 07:20:59 AM »
Some versions ago, the MNR stored the "compiled resources". Now, with Cuix, everything (really everything?) is stored in Cuix. But nevertheless, I have tons of MNR-files - all nearly empty and just containing - see attachment
What are the good for?

If I remember correctly, the MN(Resource) has something to do with the images in your menu. I used to have to delete this file to see any changes to existing graphics. If the MNR is not found on startup, it is recreated.

Not all of my MNRs are empty.  And while it's theoretically possible to delete them, when I do it usually results in several icons getting "cloudy".

So maybe something about "images which have the source outside the Cuix - dll and so on"??
