:tickedoff: so I have a massive job, and I'm almost finished the heating layouts, all the main runs are in, and now when I try to connect drops to the main pipe runs I get this error. and it's every bloody pipe, there is no way I'm redrawing the pipe runs to get them to connect.

I'm pretty sure the issue is with the lookup tables, but I have no idea on how to fix it.  :tickedoff:
Oh, and it's only the return pipework, the flow is OK, and its the same pipe type and families.... :knuppel2:

If the supply side works and given the rest is the same, then something went awry while modeling the return side.

I've done it, I've seen others do it. You think everything is going perfect only to realize a minor error was made early on and then copied all over the place. Maybe the alignment is just slightly off.
