Is there any method to load the DLLs modeling?

I don't understand, some modeling operations fail? You don't need to load anything, it's automatically loaded when started command inside CAD (3d command)...

I'm not working with (3D command).
I guarantee that when I use (VLA-addcylinder ...) the dlls are already loaded.

That's what I also confirmed... So what do you want to accomplish with loading dlls?
