The elbow seems to be a lot. I made a cap and it flexes wonderfully. The elbow has a LOT more going on. I have a lookup table in there and the sweep flexes based on a ratio.
Within the family, it works like a champ... which was my goal.
My next goal is to figure out how elbows recognize from the drawing that a 45 degree elbow is needed... or a 90 degree... and so on.
That may well mean that I have to start over and figure somethings out. But... hey, I am learning what I can't do.
