menucmd: unload or disable pull-down menu?
« on: June 26, 2016, 04:35:30 PM »
I studied the help file for "menucmd", and there is the standard command:

a) Removing of pull-down menu:
Quote from: AutoCAD 2015 Help
(menucmd "P1=MORESTUFF")    Loads the **MORESTUFF menu in theP1 menu location
(menucmd "P1=*")            Displays it
This menu remains in this location until you replace it by loading another menu, as in the following:
(menucmd "P1=POP1")
If I understand it right there is no simple way to "remove" a menu? It has to be replaced?

a) Disabling of labels:
Quote from: AutoCAD 2015 Help
These function calls enable and disable that same label:
(menucmd "P2.4=")           Enables the label
(menucmd "P2.4=~")          Disables the label
So it is not possible to disable a pull-down menu, just only each label separately?

Have a fine start into the summer (for northern part of the globe ...)
