I am having an issue with identifying some drawings. Currently before giving out a drawing for updating/modifying I add a block with date of issue etc. I need to know that when the drawing is returned it is the version that I issued that was updated not a copy out of someone bottom drawer. The block I add is able to be modified/deleted by the person editing the drawing and therefore can not be relied upon.
Is there a way using .Net to write some information into the drawings file, that will not be accessible by the drawing editor, which can contain some information that I can confirm the origin of the drawing?
