Appload and Matchprop not working in ACAD2000

Hi all,
When I to use either appload or Matchprop, nothing happens. Apparently, those commands got lost somewhere. If anybody is using acad2000, it might help if I had those files and associated files. Any help would be appreciated. Maybe I need more than that? don't know.

AcMatch.arx must not be loaded.  you can check with either (arx) or Appload.

Make sure demand loading is enabled (DEMANDLOAD system variable).
