Dwf creation

Hello all,
I am creating some dwf files, but somehow the files come out locked and therefore not able for mark-ups. Is there some variable so that these dwfs are created unlocked?

DWF is inheirtly read-only

I was almost sure that you can mark them up like a pdf. Thanks for the info

I routinely modify DWFs.

Try creating the DWF in the same folder as your drawing, then see if you can modify it.
