Topic: Strikethrough for object label styles

Wondering if anyone has accomplished this.  When we asbuilt our sewer drawings for example: in profile view we will strikethrough the inverts and rim elevation then type the new elevations offset from the original.  It would take a little time off this if you could just format the invert elevation with a strikethrough but I have not found a way yet.

What if you added a line object to the label for the rim and inverts that was anchored to the middle left and middle right of the label?

Thank you!  Actually works best with middle center to middle right.
