Using
Command: FILLET
Current settings: Mode = TRIM, Radius = 0.2500
Select first object or [Undo/Polyline/Radius/Trim/Multiple]: P
with A POLY with both lines and arcs I have some very bad results.
see dwg.  I am using the vanilla version of acad mechanical.
Anyone else have these problems?

Yup, been present for some time. The fillet is attempting to apply the fillet at the line segment - arc segment.
