Thanks for sharing Kerry.  I have been a premium member over at PluralSight for about 3 months now and it has been money well spent.  They have a large collection of C# videos that are worth their weight in gold.  I particularly like how they will take a specific aspect of the language and develop a video course on it.  For instance the series on delegates, event handlers, and lambdas is excellent.
