Exploded Quick Leader with Text converted to mleader?

I know I have seen where if you have a qleader with text, that you can convert that to a mleader. Question I have is, if I open a detail sheet that has a lot of exploded quick leaders (Basically, Dtext, with two Lines and a hatch / solid for the arrow), Can that not be converted over to a mleader seamlessly? Just curious.
