XML error
« on: May 14, 2015, 05:38:14 AM »
Hi,

In C#, I read a xml file and all worked fine. After a couple of days, it gives me error as follows.

'A first chance exception of type 'system.invalidoperationexception' occurred in system.xml.dll'

What could be the reason? Please help.

Thanks

You have a invalid operation.

But it was working earlier.

Perhaps you opened a window in the office by other hand, or moved a chair not according feng shui. Or simply you forgot to wash your hands before touching the keyboard.

Careful guys.  Although this post, with such limited information, makes one want to respond as you have.  You're starting to sound like those other boards where flaming seems to be the norm.

shers,  you'll probably get a much better response if you'll post some code in the future.  Post what you've changed to try and fix it.  It also helps if you'll note a break point where you're getting the error.

I agree, definitely need to upload at least a snippet where the error is occurring.

I want to offend nobody. It was a joke only. My previous post has questions about more detailed info, but author ignored it and continues to play a game "sea battle". Therefore I wrote my joke. :)
