Topic: Layer 0 with exlamation icon - layer manager

hello,
in layer manager i see exclamation icon at layer 0. also all icons on layers are with small red X at corner.
everyone saw something like this ? what cause this ? how to solve ?

Did you restart the computer?

Are all updates and service packs in place?

What have you done for maintenance on the computer recently?

next day all was ok. over the month and no more errors.
just temporary weird behavior i guess
