Overlap Object Delete with a specific distance.

If I need to delete text, polyline and block to overlap a specific distance.

Why wouldn't you convert your drawing into block and scale it by X scale factor = 10.0... Look in my attachment - it's your drawing with this intervention... All texts are visible, you just have to specify scaling factor on given diagram...

We have not set himself on a scale. They are determined in accordance with the requirement of the client.
You can create a lisp as a normal drawing.
