Fill Pattern

I've some case  where I wanna to fill some area / boundary with poly line following the pattern.
Could someone sharing idea for solve this problem.

Maybe I didn't understood correctly... You have BHATCH command - you just have to choose Predefined User defined option select desired boundary polyline, choose angle and spacing you want... For left you choose 0 degree and spacing 1000, and for bottom choose 90 or 270 degree and spacing 2000 ...
