create corridor surface

Does anyone know if it is actually possible to create a surface and adding a automatic boundary in a corridor using C# ?
I was looking for examples and the API functions, but could not find it yet. Is de API actually open for the corridor-surface creation ?

I don't believe the CorridorSurface is exposed for creation.
