Microsoft .NET framework error

Can someone offer advice as to why we are getting these errors please.  This is a Bentley Descartes one but in the recent past we have had something very similar in AutoCAD and in Microstation.

need for a service patch?

need for other DOT.Net version(s) or updates...

need for Bentley to solve this issue....   :evil:
