For soddy circles or kissing circles there is a formula to calculate the inscribed or outscribed circle of three kissing circles.

But if one has 5 small circles, 2 large one and 6 other circles (as an example, it is yet unknown how many circles and used diameters a user wants to combine), is there a formula to solve this too?
