Topic: Help needed to figure out these notes is done with auto line spacing

Hi. Please see attached 2010 cad files.
Can someone able to tell me how this paragraph of notes being done with auto notes spacing.
ie. everytimes user hit "Enter" to start a new note number, but Im curious how this extra line space in between notes being setup. I could not see any text edit options or settings allow for this spacing.

I got this file from unknown source.

Try to press Shift+Enter

Shift+Enter continues Paragraph.
Enter add new numbered Paragraph.

I did tried this option and it doesn't do anything for me previously.
and it works this time thanks for pointing to where and what number to fill in.

sometimes I have to "Clear Line Spacing" before the new spacing takes effect.
