AU2014 - SD5215 - Sharpen Your C# Code for AutoCAD
« on: October 15, 2014, 11:58:09 AM »
I signed up for this class by Scott McFarlane at this years AU and wondered if any other .NET swampers were attending AU in general and possibly this class.

I will be there, but not in this class as it conflicts with another. I have taken Scott's classes each of the past 2 years, if I could just retain 1/3 of the stuff he goes over I would be a much better coder. I still go back to the notes I've taken.

Keith,
How about  SD5214 - Automated Testing with the AutoCAD .NET API ??

I'm not sure if Scott has brought it up to date for AutoCad2015 though

I don't use either C# OR AutoCAD.  I'm signed up for a bunch of Revit & Civil 3D courses though.

Signed up for that one also.  Those are the only two API courses that I am taking.  I am attending DEV days on Monday but the rest of my courses are all REVIT related as my company is slowly making the switch to developing for REVIT.  In our next version of the software due out probably by the end of November will we be pushing AutoCAD MEP duct and MvParts back into REVIT as fully native REVIT objects with fabrication information intact.

I'm probably not properly classified as a ".NET swamper", but I will be at AU wandering aimlessly about the hallways (not taking the classes, just the exhibit hall).

I will be there the entire week.  You can catch me at the Devdays on Monday and for all of you Autodesk Expert Elite members I should be attending all of the events.  Come introduce yourself if you see me.  I will be the really tall, really big guy with the big dopey look on his face.

In a sea of programmers, that description doesn't really help to narrow it down.  ;)
