Corridor not building on Surface?
« on: October 03, 2014, 10:12:40 AM »
Ok gang prepare yourself.  I have to build this corridor along an alignment for a road.  I perform data preparation for GPS survey equipment, I usually get sent a file and have to create a surface based on grade markers or build exact models of a parking lots, roads, etc...  I have to build a corridor on an alignment for a road and when i run through the process everything goes right until it builds the corridor surface.  There are no errors, however i cannot see the corridor along the alignment and there are no lines associated with corridor visible.  First thing I did was check the styles to make sure everything was visible in plan and model. I tried opening and closing the file, altering the target surface, trying a different assembly, and nothing.  I'm hoping its nothing and one of you guys can point me in the right direction.

Thank you in Advance

How would that work with the Code sets they are standard sub-assemblies?

They may be standard assemblies,
however the wrong code set could cause certain things to be invisible that should otherwise be visible.

also wondering what your frequency settings are...

and or if OMIT links toggle has been toggled

also a common 'miss-step' from many students

they create the corridor surface - yet fail to include any links (TOP) in that surface so nothing shows up.
as they have created a surface containing NO DATA.

Checked my layers and layer standards, turned on all display layers and any additional layers that were off.  I also fixed the profiles, Still not displaying Corridor.
