2005 Design Center Error
« on: April 18, 2005, 11:00:11 AM »
When I open LT2005's Design Center, it no longer shows a preview of the blocks in it's viewing window. When I click on a clock to drag to my dwg, I get the following message 3 times.

'The operation completed successfully.'
(C:\Program Files\AutoCad LT 2000i\acDcSymbols.arx)

I don't understand why the message path says LT200i. I DO have LT200i, as well as LT98 installed on my machine along with my LT2005.

Do any of you know what is going on with this problem.

I'll shoot from my hip.

Design Center creates a file IIRC CDC or some extension like that.
A compiled snapshot would be my best description of this file.
I would guess that if you deleted this file, IIRC usually a hidden file. And normally sits where the drawings are.

Then use design Center with 2005, that may help one of the issues. Either the image or the 3x notification. This will recopmpile this file and maybe that would help...

I deleted the .cdc files. - Didn't help.  :(

Thanks anyway.

Any other ideas?
