Continuing from here Using bootstrap and MVC for website here is a quick example took 10 minutes getting up basic homepage and pushing up to azure for testing.

Right now just has pictures of girls in bikinis and the text is lyrics to "Welcome to Jungle"

You see though how quickly you can create a site that is made too look good on phones, tablets, and larger desktop screens.
