How to edit enterprise CUI
« on: July 17, 2014, 01:46:50 AM »
Our cad manager quit. I forgot how to edit an enterprise CUI... it's been a few years. Anyone care to give me a clue?

Same as any other CUIx file, but you have to make it the Main first.
If you are going to fly by the seat of your pants, expect friction burns.

try {GreatPower;}
   catch (notResponsible)
      {NextTime(PlanAhead);}
   finally
      {MasterBasics;}

To edit the enterprise from what I understand it must be loaded as a "custom" as enterprise loading disables write ability

I keep a specific profile that sets the enterprise cui as the main cui.  That way I can bounce back and forth without really thinking about it.

The LISP routine I linked above precludes the need for that, making it possible to change Enterprise CUI to Main CUI in your current session, allowing you to make changes to Enterprise CUI (as Main), and when done, restores original CUI settings Enterprise == Enterprise, Main == Main, etc.

Cheers

I don't touch any application cui but adds a partial cui with my own things. The partial menu is loaded with an acaddoc.lsp so just add one line to the supported path and the menu is loaded automatically.

The conclusion is justified that the initialization of the development of critical subsystem optimizes the probability of success to the development of the technical behavior over a given period.
