Turn off internet autoconnect

How to switch off the auto "internet connection" whenever acad 2015 is started. Is there any system variable?

I think csgoh means the ONLINEOPTIONS command. > There is no system variable to control this, but I'm sure there must be some registry settings.

@ csgoh : Can you explain what you want exactly?
