How do I view all the contents of the command history?

If the log file isn't  maintained,how do I view all  the contents of the command history?(only now part in commanline)

look at CMDINPUTHISTORYMAX

depending on what you are actually trying to achieve it could be that using the ACTRECORD function is more suited
